Is St. Vincent’s new song about Cara Delevingne?

Cara Delevingne will be reaching for her headphones this morning because St Vincent’s new song has been released. And it would appear that the lyrics are ALL about Cara. The track, titled  New York, is a ballad about the end of a relationship with “the only motherf***er in the city who can handle me.”

The pair split up last year, but in St. Vincent’s new song it would appear that she’s missing her former fiancée. Could a reconciliation be on the cards?

It’s believed the model-turned-actress ended her relationship with the musician during her promotional tour for  Suicide Squad after a year-and-a-half of dating.

At the time, a source told  The Sun on Sunday newspaper: “Cara and Annie still care about each other, but pressures of the long-distance romance just became too much.

“The cracks were beginning to show on Cara’s birthday in August when Annie wasn’t there for her party. They decided to call it a day but remain pals and are hoping they can work things out as it’s no doubt they really love each other.”
