How to get your five-a-day in three seconds

What you’ll need

A blender or a food processor 

The how-to 

Simply pop all the ingredients of your preferred recipe into your blender, blitz and you’re done!

THE BIG GREEN

½ cup frozen bananas

½ cup mango 

½ cup pear 

1 cup coconut water 

1 tbsp psyllium husk

½ tbsp spirulina

A generous handful of spinach or kale

CHOCOLATE YOGHURT 

1 banana

1 avocado

1 tbsp cocoa powder

½ cup fat-free vanilla yoghurt

½ cup ice

½ cup water

COCO LOCO 

½ can coconut milk 

3 tbsp macadamia nut or peanut butter

½ banana

1 cup yoghurt

2 tbsp whey protein

1 tsp hot chocolate powder

MANGO MADNESS 

1 mango

A handful of chia seeds

2 tbsp maca powder

1 cup raw milk kefir or coconut milk

MILK AND HONEY 

1 cup almond milk or vanilla whey 

1 banana

½ tsp cinnamon

Honey to taste

TEATIME 

½ cup green tea

½ can coconut milk

1 raw egg

A handful of baby spinach leaves

½ tsp ginger

½ tsp turmeric

½ tsp cinnamon

Honey to taste

TOOTY FRUITY 

1 banana

1 cup frozen strawberries

1 cup almond milk

Cinnamon to taste

TWICE AS NICE 

1 banana

1 cup berries

1 cup yoghurt

A splash of your preferred fruit juice with ice

VERY BERRY 

A handful of spinach

½ cup of frozen berries

1 tsp honey

½ tsp ground cinnamon

1 tsp chia seeds

1 cup water
