We talk cocktails, travel and style with model Alessandra Ambrosio

This week, Cîroc Vodka announced Brazilian model, Alessandra Ambrosio, as its global influencer. As a Victoria’s Secret model, fashion designer, and blogger, she’s become a prominent voice in the industry, making her the perfect candidate for the brand’s ‘On Arrival’ campaign, which celebrates the concept of living out your dreams. This year, Cîroc will travel with Alessandra from key hotspots to top fashion events, meeting trendsetters and influencers to create the hottest content. We spoke to her about the campaign and a possible trip to SA.

How did your partnership come into being?

The Cîroc ‘On Arrival’ campaign celebrates moments of success, living out your dreams and being at the forefront of what’s hot.  Once I learnt about the concept, I thought it would be a great fit as I think it’s important to celebrate special moments with your friends and family. 

What’s your favourite flavour?

I would have to say the original, as you can add flavours that you like to it. Sometimes I’m in the mood for a dirty martini and at other times I prefer something sweet like a Caipiroska. I love the variety.

Have you always wanted to be a model or was it part of your journey?

I believe when we’re children our minds change all the time, but once I was in my early teens I knew I wanted to become a model and to explore the world. One thing lead to another and now I have so many fun projects that I’m working on including this Cîroc campaign, as well as my ále by Alessandra swimsuit collection. 

What’s at the top of your bucket list?

Wow, I’m not sure, as there are so many things that I still want to do and places I want to see. I’ve never been to South Africa or on a safari – I think I’d like to do that!
