Change a life for R100!

Want to make an incredible difference in the life of an underprivileged young woman? Join Mrs Africa finalist Keri Stroebel by supporting the Dignity Dreams project.

The initiative, supported by the Nelson Mandela Foundation, provides reusable sanitary packs to underprivileged girls to give them the chance to deal with their menstrual cycles in dignity.

Keri’s main beneficiary for her Mrs Africa campaign is Manenberg High School in Cape Town, located in an area with high unemployment and drug and gang violence. Because of these circumstances, parents often cannot afford this very basic necessity for their daughters, leading to poor school attendance as girls have to skip school during their menstruation period.

To help prevent this, Manenberg High needs 350 Dignity Dreams sanitary packs, which will last each woman three years. This is a cause close to our hearts and if you’d like to make a donation — no matter how small — you can make an EFT payment to: Keri Stroebel, FNB Savings, 62257611957, Branch 250655. Should a company wish to donate and receive an 18A certificate for their donation, please email [email protected].
