Gigi Hadid and Zayn Malik are “still together”.
Although it was claimed the pair ended their seven-month romance last week, sources close to them have insisted that the 21-year-old model and the 23-year-old singer remain a couple.
An insider told Just Jared: “Gigi and Zayn are still together. The break-up reports are completely false. And they have met each other’s families despite the false reports circulating.”
This claim comes after Gigi posted a Snapchat of herself singing Zayn’s song, Pillowtalk over the weekend, while at the Maybelline New York LA Beauty Bash she hosted at The Line Hotel in Los Angeles.
She earlier posted a picture of a card with the message “I know it’s obvious but I love you,” and added a smiley face.
Although it was reported that they had ended their romance, friends insisted it was likely that they would reconcile.
A source previously said: “Zayn and Gigi did break up, but they can likely get back together tomorrow. It’s all very unclear what’s going on between them now. They have been having some issues lately that involved communication and getting along.
“Gigi is really sad about this, though, and in a way would like to work it out. It’s more about that constant contact with Zayn that she misses and they did get very close.”
The pair have reportedly been off and on recently and had a huge fight at Gigi’s birthday party in Los Angeles in April.
An insider explained: “During her birthday they were fighting. They have broken up and got back together a few times.”
