They say summer bodies are made in winter, so what are you waiting for? SWEAT1000’s Concetta Rothschild shares three exercise moves that target your abs, legs and triceps. And the best part? You can do them in 10 minutes and in the comfort of your own home. Don’t forget to stretch!

Work those legs: Lunge with knee raise

Begin in an upright position, facing forward. Keeping your back straight, core tight and your head in a neutral position, move your left leg back into a lunge. Make sure your knee is behind the toes of your right leg. Slowly return to the starting position, driving your knee forwards at hip height. Do 20 reps on each leg.

Tone your triceps: Dips

Stand with your back to a chair or the wall. Stretch your arms directly out in front of you so they are parallel to the floor, with your palms facing down. Lower yourself to the floor slowly, keeping your body close to the chair or wall. Stop once you have reached a seated position then return to the start. Do 20 reps.

Get ab fab: Front plank

Start on the ground with your elbows aligned under your shoulders and your forearms and hands on the ground. Hold your body straight and slowly lift your weight up onto your forearms. Keep your back flat and pull your belly button into your spine. Hold for 30 seconds then return to the starting position. Do 20 reps.
