Rihanna is Vogue’s brand new cover star, and she looks HAWT. In the pics, taken by photographer Craig McDean, Rihanna shows off some incredible boots – and in doing so, reveals some big fashion news – she has collaborated with footwear King Manolo Blahnik.
“The day I see a woman in the street wearing my shoes… I am sorry for that woman because I’m going to literally run after her, shouting, ‘Stop! Selfie! Who are you? Where did you get them?’ I’m going to have a moment!” the Work singer said.
But would she wear the Rihanna x Manolo Blahnik boots on a date? “Depends on what kind of date you are trying to have. Guuurrrl! Those boots are dangerous! If you’re trying to get back home to your bed, don’t wear them boots! You will get kidnapped in those boots, those boots are trouble.”
Anyone else thinking that Ri-Ri should be a dating agony aunt? WE DO.
The shoe collection will be on sale on 5 May 2016, and will feature six limited edition styles.
They were designed personally by the dynamic design duo and are set to incorporate the inimitable style of Manolo Blahnik with a mix of Rihanna’s quirky and artistic influence.

Speaking about working with Rihanna and the forthcoming collection, Mr. Blahnik, said: “This is an incredibly exciting collaboration and I am absolutely thrilled with the results – working with Rihanna has been amazing and her drive, passion, creativity and style has been reflected in the designs, with fabulous results – I think everyone is going to love what they are about to see.”
