This year’s hottest neckline: It’s all over the runways, red carpets and sidewalks. Celebs can’t get enough of it. And we don’t know what to call it!
The cutout turtleneck? The semi-detached neckband? The ‘choker’ collar? Whatever you want to call it, there’s no denying that this new neckline is rising to some serious fashion heights.
A natural progression from the ’90s turtleneck trend that’s been around for few seasons now, we are seeing this neckline in a variety of styles. Our favourite is the neckband leading into a plunging v (à la Kendall Jenner), closely followed by the strapless bodice with a ‘floating’ band which is generally attached down the back of the dress or top (à la Kate Hudson).
