Emma Brink Designs launches SS 15/16 collection

Emma Brink is not your typical fashion designer who follows the latest industry trends or styles. Her inspiration comes from the woman herself, showing off her beautiful curves and celebrating her figure by the use of bright, bold and colourful prints.

Emma’s passion for vibrant, colourful prints reflects her sassy, fun personality. “I choose to only use high-end quality fabrics which are carefully selected from various sources around the world. The type of fabrics used allow each garment to be easily packed for travelling due to its ability to fold up compactly and most fabrics are crease-free.”

Her latest collection consists of jumpsuits, racer dresses, kaftans and chiffon shirt dresses. Dress them up or down with a pair of heels or flats, her collection is versatile and functional yet at the same time extremely elegant.

Having spent the last 10 years in the beauty industry she has come to know what woman want, need and aspire for. Her first priority has always been to make her clients feel good. “There is nothing more rewarding. It fulfills my soul!” she says.

“My first intention is to make each woman feel beautiful. I want her to be proud of her figure, no matter what size or form she is. She is a Woman! My next intention is to express to the world what an amazingly colourful country Africa is. Africa is home to our exquisite animal wildlife and I would like to celebrate how lucky we are to have this incredible gift by incorporating animal prints into the collection.”

Her designs are all developed by her. She has an expert Pattern Maker, Cutter and CMT. Her team produce each item one by one in Cape Town and are proudly South African.
