Dinner in a flash!

Interested in having dinner on the table in 15 minutes? Let us recommend this spicy prawn dish which requires a quick stop at the supermarket on the way home from work and a few ingredients you already have stocked your kitchen cupboards. This is the fastest dinner you never thought to make.

SPICY MOZAMBICAN QUEEN PRAWNS 

Ingredients

6 Mozambican queen prawns cut, cleaned and deveined

Prawn marinade

1 Tbs spoon paprika 

80g fresh crushed garlic 

100ml fresh squeezed lemon juice 

200ml extra Virgin olive oil 

50g crushed sea salt flakes 

Method

Once you’ve prepped your prawns, set aside and combine all ingredients in a blender and mix throughly. If you really want to maximise flavour you can leave the mixture to infuse for about 30 minutes.

Grill or panfry prawns and constantly apply generous amounts of the basting to achieve Pigalle’s standard prawns.
