Sofia Vergara and Joe Manganiello officially celebrated their engagement on Friday (08.05.15).
The couple got engaged in December after six months together, but they marked their union with an intimate party at Soho House in West Hollywood a few days ago, which was hosted by pal Barry Peele and included a speech from actor Arnold Schwarzenegger.
The Modern Family star shared a number of pictures from the party, which showed her in a stunning red strapless dress, while her 22-year-old son Manolo posted a photo from the dinner table, in which the former Governor of California could be seen addressing the assembled guests.
And Manolo joked in his caption as he congratulated his mother and future stepfather: “Congratulations to these two ugly people. It’s so sad, but luckily they have me to aspire to, physically. #Congration #YouDoneIt #HappiestCoupleEver #EngagementParty #PapaJoeVolume2 #TerminatorGaveASpeech #HostedByBarryPeele (sic)”
The 42-year-old beauty recently confirmed she and Joe, 38, will be having a “large” wedding because they need to accommodate a lot of people.
She said: “[The wedding is] large because I… had to invite like all my family and Joe has a lot of friends so it became bigger and bigger and bigger.”
