Khloé Kardashian reveals her weight loss secret

Khloé Kardashian has admitted she is “addicted” to cheese but is trying to cut out the dairy product from her diet.

The Keeping Up With The Kardashians star is currently on a health kick and has ditched an impressive 13 pounds but has admitted she has one vice when it comes to her diet. She said: “I used to not watch what I ate. I would just kind of eat whatever. I was realising, ‘I work out all the time. Why can’t I drop this weight?’ “It’s really food. So I started dieting a little. I don’t eat dairy anymore – or I try not to, because I’m addicted to cheese!”

To increase her weight loss and stay fit and toned, Khloé also exercises five times a week whilst she’s enjoying episodes of her favourite “junk TV”. She added to E! News: “I try to work out five days a week. It’s a lot, but I feel great when I do it. On the weekend I have a gym in my community. “I try to do cardio. You just turn on some junk TV and you don’t realise what you’re doing, and I love that.”

And whilst Khloé, 30, isn’t in a “rush” to lose the pounds, the star is trying to take “certain things out of [her] diet little by little.”
