What makes Gwen Stefani? Her new collection might give you a clue

Gwen Stefani has launched a collection of watches.

The 45-year-old singer is releasing the line of timepieces through her Harajuku Lovers brand in collaboration with Q&Q.

The limited edition collection consists of nine vibrant styles in various prints including stripes, polkadots and houndstooth.

Gwen told WWD, “I couldn’t be happier with how they turned out. They’re like little wearable pieces of pop art that are collectable. They look super modern while still being playful and fun.”

The unisex pieces (which are solar-powered and can last three months off one full charge) will go on sale at Nordstrom.com and selected Nordstrom stores on 5 April 2015.

Q&Q’s marketing manager, Katsunobu Shimizu, is hoping the team up will help promote both brands globally. She said, “Harajuku Lovers has an incredibly loyal following. We believe the collaboration will help introduce Q&Q to a new audience and bring attention to both brands on a global level.”

Gwen also has her own clothing label L.A.M.B, which she launched in 2004. But we knew that already.
