Following Rolene Strauss’s win at the Miss World pageant, a brand new Miss South Africa has been chosen. We’d like to introduce you to Ziphozakhe Zokufa, the radiant 23-year-old TV production student who now holds the title, and will represent our country at the Miss Universe pageant in January.
Zokufa said, “This has been a lifelong dream for me. I am excited at the opportunities to continue inspiring the young women of South Africa and the country as a whole. This has always been something I have strived for and I can’t wait to immerse myself in the role.”
From London, newly crowned Miss World Rolene Strauss sent her congratulations, saying, “You are a determined and passionate young woman and are going make all South Africans proud.”
Miss South Africa 2015 will be crowned at Sun City on March 29 next year and simulcast live on Mzansi Magic Channel 161 and MNet Channel 101.
