Lady Gaga has been forced to release her new single ‘Applause’ seven days early due to leaks!
Gaga alerted her Little Monsters of the leak by tweeting: “DUE TO HACKERS AN ABUNDANCE OF LOW/HIGH QUALITY LEAKS…WE ISSUE THIS POP MUSIC EMERGENCY…MONSTERS SPREAD THE WORD.”
Furious Little Monsters took matters into their hands by encouraging fellow fans to report any sites spotted distributing or linking to sneak snippets of her single to her label, Universal Music.
‘Applause’ is the first single off her upcoming album Artpop and is available to download on US iTunes with other countries soon to follow.
