If you don’t know her from her incredible fashion shoots in American Vogue, then you should know her as the fiery redhead in The September Issue. Here, Vogue’s legendary creative director Grace Coddington shows Elettra Weidemann how to make a British classic, steak and potatoes dauphinoise, on the Vogue cooking series Elettra’s Goodness.

 

And while Grace convinced that her calorific meal is “a dish that no Vogue person should be making because it’s incredibly bad for you”,  we prefer Elettra’s view: “Everything in moderation; even moderation.” Watch them whip up a hearty meal below:
