Hot on the heels of the Crabtree & Evelyn Rose launch, C&E launches the Tarocco Orange, Eucalyptus and Sage body care collection.

If you’re already missing the long balmy days of summer, this range will whisk you off to the south of Italy for a deliciously scented mini-break. Inspired by European citrus colognes, this scent is fresh and warming at the same time.

The Tarocco Orange, Eucalyptus and Sage combination was chosen for its revitalising properties. Sage is known for its purifying properties, eucalyptus for its ability to cleanse and Tarcco orange for its incredible skin conditioning.

The range, which is in stores this week, comprises the following:

Skin Invigorating Bath & Shower Gel, R320
Skin Refreshing Body Lotion, R360
Deep Cleansing Body Scrub, R330
Skin Silkening Body Soufflé, R520
Refreshing Body Mist, R380
Ultra-Moisturising Hand Therapy, R300

It’s slightly too chilly for sandals and too warm for boots, which means it’s perfect weather for moccasins!

Today we’re loving these suede and leopard print Minnetonka Moccasins (R765) from Style36.co.za. We love that the leopard print gives the classic shoe a bit of an edge, without being too wild. Team with a pair of skinnies, a simple tee and a tailored jacket for a cool off-duty look!

Jean Paul Gaultier’s iconic scent, Classique is celebrating a big birthday this month – Classique is 20! (We know, it makes us feel old too!) 20 years, 20 scents and 20 corsets. How JP manages to create such incredible objects of beauty each year is beyond us, but we LOVE it.

This year’s anniversary edition, the limited edition Jean Paul Gaultier Belle en Corset, was inspired by his S/S 2012 haute couture collection. Called “Belle en Corset”, Beauty in a Corset. This is one of our favourite editions so far.

The 100ml EDT limited edition anniversary edition hits shelves today for R1125. Here’s to the next 20!

We never thought we’d say this, but…today we’re loving these velour trousers (R1 100) from Guess. Velour doesn’t have to be worn Jersey-Shore-style – the key to wearing these pants is to keep your look simple! Let them do all the talking by teaming them with a simple tee and structred blazer, because in this case, less is most certainly more!

Sometimes a product comes along with results so impressive you wonder how your make up bag was ever complete without it!

Hailed as a ‘Miracle Skin Perfector’, one application of Garnier Skin Natural’s lightweight, tinted BB cream (R84.95) succeeds in evening skin tone and blurring imperfections, such as redness, dark circles and pigmentation, giving a natural, airbrushed finish. Ideal for daily use, Garnier’s formula is enriched with a Vitamin C derivative, mineral pigments and SPF15 protection, making it a great choice for hitting the beach or reapplying after work or the gym.

A little goes a long way, so dab just a pea-sized amount on cleansed skin in the morning and work in gently with your fingers to achieve a fresh complexion and light coverage. Thanks to its notable staying power, it also doubles up as a radiance-boosting primer, ideal for applying before evening make-up as an alternative to foundation.

Those with oily or sensitive skin can look forward to these variations in Garnier’s B.B. range launching this year, as well as an Anti-Age product and eye cream roll-on.

Available at Clicks in Light, Medium or Dark; this sleek 50ml tube will no doubt become a handbag essential for both day and night.

In case you haven’t noticed, printed sweaters are all the rage at the moment, which is why we’re loving this sweater with printed sleeves (R649) from Witchery at Stuttafords. Whether you’re teaming it with a full skirt for a 50s appeal, or a pair of flared or skin-tight jeans for a more modern approach, this is one winter item that will keep you warm while still looking cool!

This week sees the 7th incarnation of Clarins’ best selling product hit shelves in SA. First launched in 1985, Double Serum has become a cult beauty product, with one of its ingredients even collecting a Nobel Prize on the way!

When this version of Double Serum launched in Asia, a staggering 89 000 bottles were sold in just three months! The hype is not unfounded, though. To create the serum, 200 plant extracts were tested, where of 40 of those were pre-selected, before 20 made it into the final product. Of those 20, eight are certified organic and five are exclusive to Clarins. If that’s not enough, there are also four registered patents on the serum.

The serum is made up of two parts; one hydric (water based) and one lipidic (oil based. Normally these two components cannot share the same bottle, as lipidic ingredients don’t mix with hydric ones. But thanks to the clever dual chamber, they are kept separate until you pump them out.

The 20 plant extracts work together to hydrate, nourish, oxygenate, protect and regenerate your skin, no matter what your age. Anybody from the age of 20 can use the serum once a day. Once you hit the 40, they recommend using it twice a day.

You’ll find it at all Clarins counters from this week for R695 for 30ml.

Not all of us are acessory queens like Olivia Palermo (even though we wish we were), which is why it’s sometimes best to keep your accessories simple.

We’re loving these femur rings (R150 each) by Famke! You can either wear them as a simple band on their own, or stack them to create an edgier look. Because the links are individual, the ring is manouvarable which means you can wear them on any section of your finger (whether your hands are dainty or not).

Famke’s jewellery is stocked at various boutiques, visit famke.co.za for more info!

As we prep for our annual GLAMOUR Stiletto Run (yay!), we can’t help but be all about the heel! Which is why we’re loving these plastic fantastic Melissa Sky heels (R750). We’re wild about Meilssa shoes (who isn’t?), not only because they’re utterly fabulous and have done collaborations with designers like Jason Wu and Vivienne Westwood, but they’re seriously comfortable too – which is why we think these may be the perfect heels for the Stiletto Run. Agreed?
