The Kardashians’ big rejection!

The “Keeping Up With The Kardashians” sisters Kim and Kourney, have been prohibited from moving in to one of Miami’s most upmarket suburbs. The reason behind it? Residents feared they would create chaos in the area!

The brunette beauties have recently launched a new show – “Kourtney and Kim Take Miami” – which is a spin-off of their popular reality series “Keeping Up With The Kardashians” . The pair relocated to Florida for filming but, surprisingly for them, were not welcomed in the posh South Beach area, with local residents blocking their application to secure three properties there.

A close source told US gossip website RadarOnline that the stars were “forced” to move into a 51,000-square-foot property, within a gated community in North Miami Beach, almost 25km away from their filming locations.

The source explain: “The area is known for its hourly hotels, strip clubs and high crime rate. It’s a far-cry from their usual posh digs, with just a 7-Eleven and an abandoned old bank close by.”

There, the local law states that potential new residents must receive signatures of approval from any neighbours living within 150 metres of the homes they wish to lease.

The sisters are regularly joined in the area by their younger sister Khloe, and not to mention all of their other close family members (and they have a big family). The South Beach residents refused to allow Kim and Kourtney to rent the properties amid fears that they would turn the quaint area into a circus by attracting film crews, paparazzi and fans.

According to sources, the pair have only moved to the area temporarily from their Los Angeles homes to revamp their clothing store Dash.

We cannot doubt their style and beauty, but living amongst the paparazzi and bedlam? Too hectic for us!
