In a recent interview on close pal Chelsea Lately’s talk show, Jennifer Aniston became emotional when talking about her fiancé, Justin Theroux.
The “We’re the Millers” actress happily opened up about love and marriage in her first post-engagement interview. But as Chelsea gushed about what a great couple they are, Jen couldn’t help getting teary!
The “Chelsea Lately” host expressed: “He’s the greatest guy ever. You guys make the greatest couple ever.” The 43 year-old actress admitted she was overwhelmed, stating: “I just got verklempt [Yiddish for overcome with emotion].” Justin Theroux, 41, is also an actor, as well as a director and screenwriter. In August, the couple celebrated his birthday with a romantic dinner date at Greenwich Village restaurant Blue Hill in NYC. It was there that he popped the big question, after dating for just over a year. Announcing the happy event, Justin’s publicist said: “Justin Theroux had an amazing birthday on Friday, receiving an extraordinary gift when his girlfriend, Jennifer Aniston, accepted his proposal of marriage.”
After the proposal, an “overwhelmed” Jen – who was previously married to Brad Pitt from 2000 to 2005 – called her close friends and family to share the good news.
A close source explained: “Just after Jen got engaged; she called all her friends and told them about it. She was so happy and said she loves the ring. I think she was overwhelmed and overjoyed by the size and beauty of it!”
We’ve been biting our nails in anticipation to see who the guy to finally sweep Miss Aniston off her feet will be. And we are so happy for her!
