The Southern Sun Waterfront Hotel is heralding the arrival of Spring with their Food & Dreams Gourmet Evening on Friday, 14 September – a very special 5-course meal created by Executive Chef, Martin Chetty.
Distell’s Cape Wine Master, Adre van Rooyen, will share her palate secrets as she invites diners to savour the wine pairings chosen to perfectly complement each course. Tsogo Sun’s Executive Chef and MasterChef SA Judge, Benny Masekwameng, will also be joining diners on this gastronomic adventure.
