Justin Bieber’s alleged scuffle with a photographer has become a police investigation, having been turned over to prosecutors in California yesterday. The LA County prosecutors will determine whether criminal charges for misdemeanour battery should be filed against the teen heartthrob. It comes after a photographer claims that Justin hit him, reportedly frustrated by the snapper’s persistence at photographing him with his girlfriend, Selena Gomez in a Californian shopping centre last month.
The LA County district attorney’s office received the case on Tuesday and it’s unclear how long it will take to make a decision about charges.
In the meantime The Biebs has refused to commented on the incident, which could see him charged with misdemeanor battery. To make matters worse, the singing sensation and his stunning brunette girlfriend have been uncontactable by police, having beat a hasty retreat from the scene before law enforcement arrived.
