To treat a dry scalp or dull hair:1 tsp honey2 tablespoon olive oil1 egg yolkMix all the ingredients together, apply to your scalp, and massage until your entire scalp is covered. Make sure you apply generous amounts of the mixture for the best result!
To repair damaged hair:Mix some fresh lemon juice,2 egg yolks,1 egg white and1 tablespoon of honey.Once they are all mixed in, apply to hair like you would a mask, and let it rest for 10 minutes. Then shampoo and rinse.
To add more va-va-volume:Add half a banana,1 tablespoon of lemon,1tablespoon of honey Mash all the ingredients into a creamy paste.Apply it to your hair and leave in for 20 minutes, then shampoo with regular shampoo.
Magic ingredients for your hair: White Vinegar - mixed with water is one of the easiest ways to eliminate dandruff!Olive oil - this gem is one of the most common and ancient ingredients for shiny, healthy looking hair.Mayonnaise - is commonly used as a conditioner to help nourish hair.Rose Water - great for oily hair.
Salmon - is not only good for your skin, but due to its high-quality protein, is also extremely good for nourishing your scalp.Avocado - great in strengthening and fortifying your hair, avo is the perfect ingredient for hair that is dry and brittle.Spinach - not only good for your muscles, but also for nourishing dry hair because of its natural oils which are rich in vitamin A and C.
Harmful ingredients for your hair:Sugar- while this might be sweet for your coffee, it's certainly sour for your hair, as it promotes premature greying and loss of elasticity.Salt- an excess of this can result in hair loss!
