Six-times Grammy winner Adele is adamant that she will “spit” in her father’s face if she ever sees him again – fighting words from our favourite voice!
The Rolling in the Deep singer’s dad, Mark Evans, left her when she was just three years old, and she has had very little to do with him in the last 10 years. Despite their issues, the 23-year-old star wanted to start rebuilding her relationship with her dad, but he wrecked his chances by giving an interview claiming her problems with men were down to him abandoning her.
The talented singer has said, “I was ready to start trying to have a relationship with him. He’s f—ing blown it. He will never hear from me again. It makes me angry! To come back after 10 years and be like, ‘Maybe her problem with men comes down to me.’ It’s like, f–k off! How dare you comment on my life? It makes my blood boil. ‘I love her so much?’ Really? Why are you telling me that through a newspaper? If I ever see him I will spit in his face.” Can we really say anymore?” Wow! Way to hit back Adele – and can we really say any more?
