The holiday season is a time of outdoor festivals and of spirituality, so we found you something that combines both: Yoga-Rave. Don’t be fooled by the name, this is an international sensation that originated in Argentina.
As part of the Art of Living Foundation and International Association For Human Values, all proceeds go the organization aimed at promoting non-violence and a stress-free society. Integrating the experience of mind and body, through yoga and meditation, it also incorporates live rave mantras which use contemporary beats fused with chants.
