The Twilight beauty loves wearing designer dresses for film premieres and GLAMOURous showbiz parties, but admits she’s happiest in comfortable, everyday clothes the rest of the time.
She said, “I like fashion because it’s part of my work. I dive into the new trends when I have to, but I’m more of jeans and T-shirt kind of girl.”
Kristen, 21, also loves second hand clothes and admits she scours vintage stores in the Los Angeles for unusual T-shirts whenever she gets the chance. She added, “In Los Angeles I like to go to vintage stores, I look for funny T-shirts. I’m very casual when I’m not working, but I think everybody should have their own style, even if they’re going to the gym.”
Kristen’s relaxed fashion sense is something she shares with her boyfriend, Twilight co-star Robert Pattinson, who is also a fan of pre-worn bargains.
He said, “I like second hand. That’s another thing. I can’t really go into second hand stores to get clothes anymore so I end up wearing the same thing every day. I wish I could shop in vintage stores the whole time. But because a lot of paparazzi follow me around, it can be difficult.”
